This is a fairly recent photo of Thomas Drugs in Cross Plains, TN (near-ish to Nashville, just a few miles off I-65).
I have been to this store personally and it is worth the stop! It's fully-operational as a drug store and soda fountain. Most if not all of the fixtures are original, from the 1920s-30s. There a nice selection of pharmacy memorabilia making this place a drug store museum in its own right.
