About SodaFountainMuseum.org
Purpose (not porpoise): My goal is to build a nice reference site for people who wish to
preserve and/or study the era of soda fountains. I want future generations to
know just what it was people did in communities before they were
governed by iPods and television. I also want those who remember the Soda Fountains to bask in the sweet memories.
The
Soda Fountain Museum is a virtual (internet) museum founded in 2009. It
is a volunteer effort and as such won't be as pretty as it will be
informative. My intent is to provide a LOT of information, a LOT of
photos, and a LOT of memories. Glitz will just have to come later. I
want this to be first and foremost a place for accurate information.
Please send me your memories, love stories, family stories, favorite
drinks, foods, recipes and practical jokes. I want to share all your
memories with the readers. The more details the better. If you have photos to go with your stories, then you are my best friend!
